What is Simplixity Chat?
It's a tool for handling your customers' messages from one place. It automatically answers common questions using the information you give it, and passes conversations that need a person to your team.
Which channels does it work with?
It's designed for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and your website chat.
Do automatic replies replace my team?
No. They answer with the information you set up. When a conversation needs someone, it goes to a person on your team.
How much does it cost?

Do you guarantee I'll show up on Google or ChatGPT?
No. No one can guarantee that, because those companies decide what they show. What we do is organize your information, website, and wording so it's easier to understand what you do.
How much does a service cost?
It depends on what you need. First we talk to understand your situation, then we send you a proposal with the scope and price.
Do you work with businesses outside Colombia?
Yes. We work with businesses in Colombia and the United States, in Spanish and English.
