This policy explains what information we receive on simplixity.co, what we use it for, and how you can exercise your rights. Simplixity Holding S.A.S. is a Colombian company, so we apply Colombia's data protection law (Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013).
Who is responsible
Simplixity Holding S.A.S., tax ID (NIT) 902.000.006-6, domiciled in Bogotá D.C., Colombia, at Carrera 45 No. 108 A 50, is responsible for the information we receive on this site. You can reach us at hello@simplixity.co or on WhatsApp at +57 320 407 4737.
What we receive
- Contact form: first name, last name, business or profession, country, WhatsApp number, email, and, if you add it, your website or social media link. We also save the site language, the page you wrote from, and, if you arrived through a campaign, that campaign's name.
- Visit analytics: with Google Analytics we record pages visited, buttons used, device type, and approximate country. We never send your name, email, or phone number to Google Analytics.
What we use it for
- To answer your request and follow up.
- To send you information about Simplixity Chat or our services, only if you asked for it.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful, so we can improve it.
We don't sell your information.
Where it's stored
Form details are saved in our contact records. To run the site we use providers that may store information outside Colombia:
- Vercel, to host the site.
- Supabase, where the Simplixity Chat database runs.
- Google, for visit analytics.
- Resend, to email us a notice about each request.
Your rights
You can see, update, and correct your information, ask for proof of your consent, ask how we use it, withdraw your consent, and ask us to delete it when there's no legal duty to keep it. You can also file a complaint with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
To exercise these rights, email hello@simplixity.co with the subject "Personal data". We answer questions within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days, as Colombian law requires.
Analytics and your choices
You can turn off visit analytics from the "Analytics preferences" link at the bottom of every page. If you turn it off, we stop sending data about your visits to Google Analytics from that browser.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with its date.
